My experience with PureTouch Cleaning Services was extremely disappointing. The team showed a complete lack of professionalism — arriving to the job site smelling of marijuana and demonstrating little regard for proper work standards. The cleaning itself was rushed and incomplete, leaving multiple areas untouched or poorly finished. To make matters worse, this company isn’t even listed or accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), which says a lot about their lack of credibility and accountability. Overall, PureTouch Cleaning Services operates more like an unorganized startup than a trustworthy cleaning company. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a professional and dependable service.
